Small workpieces often encounter a step of only 0.1mm or even 0.05mm. Grinding this kind of step can be processed arbitrarily for non-precision processing. For precision parts, it must be cleared. Angle so that R is less than 0.03mm, no matter how small the step is, it must come out straight, even if there are only a few wires, the general material can be achieved by cleaning the angle 3-5 times with 120K, and it is more troublesome for materials with particularly high hardness, such as For DC53, SKH-9 and other materials, it is necessary to use a finer grinding wheel such as 360K to clean the corners, and the number of times needs to be increased accordingly. If the R size is checked, the experienced master will do it based on feeling and experience.
